How do you scope a chatbot project?

We ask questions, lots and lots of questions, we ask about what data you have, what your personas are and what the ideal user journeys should be. We then we map intents, pick an AI model and test with real conversations using natural language processing and sentiment analysis tuned to your brand identity and if need to connect to your existing systems to ensure smooth data flow

Will a chatbot replace my team

No not at the moment, all it can really do right now is to take the repetitive load and menial tasks. We pair humans with generative ai for either human in the loop points or escalations, and train the bot with machine learning algorithms.

Can chatbots understand complex queries?

Yes, but only if they have been trained properly, we use natural language and machine learning to understand context. We place guardrails so that when its unsure it should say so rather than guessing.

Do I need coding skills to manage my own chatbot?
