How do you scope a web project?
We always start with a discovery phase and asking questions, lots and lots of questions, like whose your target audience, what’s the point, what is your audience motivations and how can we motivate them. We use all of this and more to create you a digital marketing strategy before looking at features, functionality and user experiences.
What makes a site convert?
I wish that there was a magic bullet for this and truthfully it’s always a mix of things all working together. We examine your website visitors behaviours, your copy and content, sometimes the layouts and the user journeys. to make a successful web project that brings in real leads or sales you need to leave no stone unturned to give your brand that competitive edge.
How long does a web design project take?
This really does depends on what we’re building, the complexity and the scope. Simple websites can take a few weeks once content’s ready, but bigger web design projects with integrations and hundreds of pages can take several months. Our web developers have done both many times before so we work closely with you in the discovery phase and the whole process end to end.
What’s included in your web design services?

Can you take on complex projects?
Absolutely, we have handled plenty of complex projects from websites with 160,000 pages in 12 languages to SaaS platforms with millions of years. Our company brings the right mix of bespoke web design, developers and strategy to tackle any task, we do this for startups, companies and enterprises.
Can you fix or improve our existing website?
Yes, this has been a common request this year, we always audit what’s there first to see what we are taking on. Sometimes we have great handovers and can hit the ground running and other times we need to implement some remedial fixes, and on that rare occasion we have to deliver the bad news that we to start gain.
How do you make sure a site works on mobile?
We design and test for responsively to all screen sizes as standard, Google has stopped crawling your site with its desktop bot, they only use the mobile one and the Google quality evaluators are instructed to only use mobile devices too. So if your site is not mobile friendly its giving a poor user experiences not only to your users but also Google.
Do you only work in Surrey?
No, we work across the UK and internationally, but most of our clients start closer to home in towns such as Guildford, Woking, Farnham, Godalming, Epsom, Dorking and Reigate and all the surrounding villages. We have helped many local companies grow their business with a digital presence, but location everything, at least half of our web projects run remotely with clients spread across time zones.

We are founders and business owners ourselves and we know whats it’s like to spend our hard earned money, so we treat your budgets like they are ours, We have built and scaled agencies to sale and looking to work with like minded people and help their businesses grow. Do you offer hosting and support?
We don’t host directly, but we’ve still got you covered, we have a range of support and maintenance retainers depending on what you need. We’re happy to deploy onto your own infrastructure like AWS and Azure. or we work with partners such as WPEngine for WordPress. Most CMS platforms also have their own SaaS hosting options, so you’ve got flexibility without being tied to one setup.
How do we get started?
We try to keep this simple and ask you to reach out with a short description of what you are looking to achieve. We will set up free workshop to talk about your vision in a little more detail, and to talk about your goals, your timelines and wants not working currently. From there, we’ll put together a simple plan, some ballpark costs and next steps. The rest is up to you.
