For us it’s a mobile application that impact your business results, whether its growth, retention, revenue or when a process is automated to free your team for less mundane activities.

Problems we solve

Most apps fail to gather traction and momentum, users to sign up on mass, those that do dont hang around and the revenue line does reach the costs line.

Some of our recent Mobile App Development Projects

CYSIAM

Making cybersecurity assessments simple

CYSIAM needed a better way to manage the reporting behind their cybersecurity assessments as their process was detailed and time-intensive often involving endless spreadsheets and copy-pasting between documents. Together we designed an app that guides consultants through each the process, captures the right data at the right time and creates clear and consistent reports without losing accuracy.

ROCKETER

Bringing insight and clarity to paid media

Rocketer wanted more visibility into how their campaigns were performing day to day and together we built an iOS platform dashboard that pulls data straight from the various social media ad channels and turns it into live insights the team can act on immediately, its allowed them to make decisions with more knowledge and allowed them more time to focus on strategies and client service.

FAQs

Questions we are asked before we are hired

How would you scope my iOS app?

We start every iOS app project with a discovery phase and ask questions, lots and lots of questions around the project scope and app’s complexity, your target audience and the business objectives. Our digital strategists, our project mangers and dedicated developers map they key functions and features and create you a complete roadmap, split town by task or phase with clear costs and timelines.

What does delivery look like?

Our delivery process for iOS development services follows agile methodologies, we parcel up with into two week sprints with a demo at the end of each one, we run rigorous ios app testing each sprint and larger regression testing at the end. Once delivered we offer ongoing maintenance packages to ensure the apps performance improvements and ensure the app remains updated.

Who’s involved in building my app?

As part of our iOS app development services, you will have a small core team that consists of a project manager keeps everything moving, a UX designer do create engaging and intuitive user experiences and our dedicated ios developers handle the build and make the magic happen. In additional we can pull in specialists when needs for backend infrastructure, data scientists or cyber security experts.

How do you cost an iOS app build?

This is handled in on our discovery phase when work through the apps scope as there a lot of factors that can induce the cost, things like the apps complexity, the integrations, the data security and compliance and of course advanced features like AI or the sensors on the phone

How long does it take to build an app?

During our discovery phase is when our iPhone app development team ask lots of question to understand everything we can about your app and business objectives. We discuss your app’s features and functions alongside any integrations and compliance to determine the length of the development process. Over the years we have discovered trends, MVPS take between 3-4 months, consumer apps take around 6-7 months and for the enterprise they can take up to 9 months,

What happens once the app goes live?

Post launch our iOS app development company offer software support and maintenance service packages. These are all designed monitor the user engagement of the app with what your users do, where they go and where they avoid as well as keep the iOS application up to date with its security patches and OS updates.

How secure will my app be?

When developing iOS apps we can make yours as secure as you want it to be, our iOS experts develop to the oWasp top 10 standards, GDPR and any ISO standards you would like be compliant with, We ensure that all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest and use secure authentication, keychain storage and security tests all our builds before public release with an independent CREST approved PEN testing agency.

Can you scale the app as we grow?

Yes of course, it’s important that we get to understand your business vision during the discovery phase. Whilst the mobile app works on your phone, there is always a backend infrastructure that the app needs to talk to. During the iOS app development process we either work with horizontal scaling of monolith servers or use a server-less infrastructure that you pay for what you consume. We have built many app in a server-less way that have handled hundreds of thousands of concurrent users .

How often should we update the app?

There’s no fixed official rule, but we recommend the pattern for native iOS apps, issue regular monthly hot-fixes, security updates and incremental updates, then a wave release every 3-4 months with new functions and features. You should also monitor the App Store for user feedback and tracking tools to monitor or performance issues and crash logs.

How do you help us promote the app?

Yes we can, its what makes us different to other iPhone app developers, we are the digital strategists that create new business models your digital strategy and are digital marketers who understand paid media marketing, search engine optimisation and conversation rate optimisation. When you get your CRO right every pound you spend in marketing will result in more users, more signups and greater retention.

What happens when the project ends?

Whilst we love to think the project never ends, there are key milestones that we believe need to be achieved. At regular intervals we hand over a number of items such as the source code for you to store and project document artefacts just in case, We also recommend the you own the backend infrastructure so that you have complete access control to your valuable data.

What makes you different?

We are founders ourselves and understand what it’s like to spend our own money, which is why we treat your budgets like they are our own. We understand business models, commercial realities and don’t stop when the timesheet says to, we stop when the job is done. Also unlike other ios app development companies we a specialists in understanding how to move the needle on conversion rates, and to find you new users. We like to think we are more than iPhone developers.

We were going in circles until Ronins stepped in, they got us focused, showed us what mattered, and built a solution that didn’t rip out everything we’d already invested in.
