We believe tech only wins when it looks and feels right. You can have the smartest backend in the world, but if the interface frustrates, users walk. That’s why we put as much weight on UX and UI as we do on code. Catch proved it. The platform already had the listings and the commercial model, but it was our redesign of flows and navigation that made anglers stick. When booking a peg felt effortless, engagement lifted. Since launch, Catch has grown to 3M+ visits a year, driven a 25% YoY increase in venue bookings, and added 35,000 new anglers in a single off-season.

How do you start a new project?
We start with questions. A lot of them. What’s slowing you down? Where’s the data sat? Who’s fixing the same problem twice? We’ll trace it through your business until we see what’s really happening. Half the time the issue’s nothing to do with design, it’s legacy logic or flow. Once we can see that, then we map what needs changing.
Do you handle UX or just visuals?
Both. Always. You can’t split them. We design how it works and how it looks in one go. Every click, state, error, bit of feedback, it’s all mapped. We test with real data, not pretend journeys. If something feels off, we fix it before it hits code. That’s UX. The user interface layer just makes it readable.
What do you mean by market fit?
It’s proof the thing deserves to exist. Not a guess, not a hunch. We build the smallest version possible, get it in front of real users, and watch what happens. If they use it twice without being told to, you’re close. If they don’t, we change it.
Who’s your ideal partner?

How do you test ideas before build?
We don’t wait for code. We wire real data through rough prototypes and let people use them. Clicks, errors, drop-offs, we watch everything. Then we fix what breaks. It’s faster, cheaper, and shows the truth before anyone writes a single line of code.
How do you make sure quality holds up?
Quality Assurance runs alongside the build each sprint as well as after. We automate as much as we can as well as check by hand. Every release gets tested with different devices, browsers, If it breaks, we fix it right there.
What industries do you work in?
A mix. we have industry expertise in Tech, healthcare, retail, energy, education, anywhere there’s a process that needs fixing or an idea worth creating. Most problems are the same underneath: bad data flow, clunky UX, or tools that don’t talk to each other.
How do you measure success?
We track what key metrics, adoption, conversion, retention. We pull data straight from analytics or APIs into dashboard or an AI knowledgebase . If usage climbs and people stop calling support, it’s doing its job. Numbers tell you what changed; users tell you why.
Do you build mobile apps too?
Yes. We build native and hybrid apps depending on what the product needs. Same workflow every time, interactive prototypes, test, build, iterate. We wire analytics in at launch, so you can see how people actually use it.
What if the brief changes halfway through?
It usually does. That’s why we work in sprints. We test, review, and adjust scope as we go. It keeps projects alive instead of locked in a spec that’s already out of date. The only rule is: talk early in client collaboration, fix fast, and don’t hide surprises.
Where are you based?
We’re split between London and Surrey. Most of the work happens remotely, but we’re close enough for in-person sessions when it matters. Everything else runs through shared boards, prototypes, and live calls.
