AI AUTOMATION AGENCY
Artificial Intelligence gives your business the chance to find where it can create the most value beyond automating what you already do. We have found that most teams know something is slow or manual but haven’t worked out if fixing it is actually worth anything.
Ronins is an ai automation agency based in London and Surrey who work with business leaders across the UK and internationally. We help brands and companies find where ai can create value for them, either from automated workflows and ai agents to building fully bespoke ai systems and connected platforms.
We ensure that ai goes from an idea into something truly valuable, measurable and embedded in the business.
OUR AI SOLUTIONS
AI Consultancy
Most people think that AI strategy begins by asking what could be automated. We believe it is by asking how the business should work now that ai powered automation exists to find the operations where changing that creates you the most value.
AI ConsultancyAI Agents
Automating the way you already work only gives you a faster version of the same thing and sometimes thats OK. We rethink how the work could be reshaped, then build the automated workflows and ai agents too deliver on that new promise.
AI Systems
Sometimes the new strategy doesn’t fit inside an existing tool. This is when we build from scratch to design and build the ai systems and bespoke platforms for where your business wants to be.

What We Build
AI Agents – Building ai agents that can read a situation, decide what to do next and hand it to a person when it where true agentic AI shines. We build in the permissions, the observability alongside the governance to know exactly whats being done.
Automated Workflows – Whether it’s the reporting, the routing decisions, the data someone re-types into three systems every week. We look at this as workflow automation designed around reducing the parts of the jobs we don’t enjoy leaving more room the parts we do.
Knowledge and Search – What your business knows lives in its people We capture it and make it searchable so it stays with the business and is accessible to everyone.
AI Inside Your Products – Sometimes the automation isn’t for your business, it’s for your customers or suppliers. In these instances we build conversational agents into your website, your app or product the
Sales and Marketing Automation – As an AI marketing agency we tackle Lead qualification, follow ups, email marketing and content creation and running as sales automation so the flow keeps moving while your team spends its time closing rather than chasing.
Prototype to Production – Some clients need a working prototype to prove the idea to a board, others need custom automation solutions. We do both, and we start with the whichever version that proves measurable results on your own data before recommending a larger scale implementat
AI DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
How We Deliver It
Strategy first approach – Every project starts with a discovery phase where we map out each process and output to determine which automation opportunities are worthy of consideration before we build anything.
No black boxes – We train your team on how the automation works, where to update the prompts, how to change a workflow, so there is no coding required on your side to keep it running and you are never dependent on us to keep the lights on.
Model agnostic – We use whichever ai model fits the task, GPT, Claude, Gemini or something open source like Mistral where cost or data privacy makes it the better call and lastly we always ensure that you are not tied to one single vendor.
Secure by design – We insist of deploying guardrails from day one such as a secure cloud setup, controls against prompt injection and hallucination and data integrations that keeps your information inside your own tech stack rather than someone else’s.
Post-launch support – Once it is live we see data from real users and we use that to refine the prompts for quality or cost, track the measurable roi against the defined scope we agreed at the start and keep the automation improving.
Agentic AI
Our Point of View
The model is not the product, understanding your business is.
Anyone can get access to the same ai models now. Microsoft, Google and OpenAI are building agents into the tools your businesses already pays for. We believe the value sits somewhere else entirely, in knowing how your business, it uniqueness, its brand, or operational processes and where opportunities can be found.
That means we will sometimes tell you not to build. If the right answer is an off the shelf tool we say so, if the right answer is not ai tools at all we say that too, because we would rather lose the work than have you spend money on something that will be quietly abandoned in six months.
The mid market businesses that will stay competitive over the next few years are not the ones automating the repetitive tasks the fastest, they are the ones asking the harder question about what the work should be now that generative ai exists and deploy ai agents.

SONAE – OUR AGENTIC AI PLATFORM
We have already built the hardest part. Sonae is our own agentic platform with the authentication, orchestration, knowledge pipelines, approvals, cost control and audit trail already done and proven on live projects, so when you come to us your budget goes straight on the part that is specific to your business which translates into a lower cost and a shorter route to market.
FAQs
Frequent questions at our AI Marketing agency
Should we build this or just use Copilot?
Sometimes Copilot is absolutely the right answer. Large Tech companies like Microsoft, Google and OpenAI are already building ai agents into the tools most businesses already pay for so there is no point paying us to rebuild it. We have found these soutions always fall short when the work needs to reach across your other systems or follow a process that is specific to your business. That is the work we do.
How do you decide what’s worth building?
We work out where the time and money is going by business process mapping, we put a number on the time and the mistakes, then score each opportunity by how quickly it would pay back against what it would take to build. We believe the obvious workflow is rarely the most valuable one. This is why we look across the whole business model and operations before we tell you the growth opportunities as well as the cost savings.
Will you tell us if AI is the wrong answer?
Yes, and thats happens more often than you would think as some processes simply need a better spreadsheet or a better export in these instances adding automation technologies does not really help all.
Do we need an agent or just a workflow?
Ai Agents are really strong when there is a judgement call to make in predictive analytics and complex tasks in choosing what to do next. If the steps are the same every time then we recommend using the right ai tools to build automations with a fixed workflow so it will run faster, cost less and fail less often. We build both and we tell you which one the job is most suited too.
What does an AI project actually cost?
This really depends on scope but we publish the ranges because most agencies that we have found to be most typical. A series of discovery workshops sthat maps where ai implementations sits around £3,000 to £8,500. A proof of concepy, one real use case built on your own data, is £12,000 to £30,000. For fully automation solutions in production with integration, governance and monitoring start around £30,000 and go up from there depending on scope and complexity. One thing for sure is that we do not compete on £1,000 automations and we are honest about that from the first call.
What size of business do you work with?
Mostly established businesses between 20 and 500 people, we have found that between 50 and 250 is where we do our best work. That is the point where business start to need reliable processes to scale. We also work with scale ups about to hit that size who want to streamline operations before the pain starts to get the process right as the business grows.
How much of our team’s time does it take?
Less than you would think but not none but we cannot do this alone, we see this as a partnership and we still need the people who perform tasks day to day. After that it is check ins, a review part way through and a handover at the end.
What happens if the first build doesn’t work?
We rarely see this, but what is common is that the workflow and agentic ai needs refining based on real world use and edge cases against your data sources. Refine the costs and time taken gives everyone a better understanding of the new process how it works and how to maintain it.
How do you keep our data safe?
This is the most common question that we get. And the answer is simple albeit the delivery is more complex. We build in evals and guardrails from the outset. Every flow, every agent is permission scoped, observed, budget controlled, safeguards against prompt injection and hallucination as all standard with us. Where the data is considered to be sensitive we keep processing inside your own cloud and use machine learning models that do not train on your data.
Who owns what you build?
We like to keep this simple and the answer is you do. The code, the prompts, the workflows and the documentation are yours and we train your team to run it. Some clients keep us on for ongoing improvement but we believe no business should be locked in to an ai company just to keep the lights on, that is not how you run a profitable business and it is not how we would want to be treated ourselves.
What do you do after it goes live?
Real world usage give us so many data points that were not available to use before the implementation. We use these new data-points to refine the prompts, observe each step and use data analysis to reduce costs. We find the majority of our clients who start with one workflow end up running more automation systems as they gain confidence and trust with the process.
How are you different from a consultancy?
We care about the results and are passionate about our craft. We are business owners ourselves so we know exactly what it is like to spend our own money on something and wait to see if it was worth it. We treat your budget the same way we treat ours. A consultancy hands over a digital transformation strategy development deck and moves on, we build the ai system and we are still there long after it is live, to help your company increase productivity and drive growth.
We were going in circles until Ronins stepped in, they got us focused, showed us what mattered, and built a solution that didn’t rip out everything we’d already invested in.
